Titan Company delivered landmark FY26 results with consolidated total income crossing ~76,078 crores (up 33% YoY) and Q4 income of ~20,300 crores (up 46% YoY). Profit after tax grew 52% YoY to ~5,073 crores for FY26 and 35% to ~1,179 crores in Q4. The Jewellery segment drove performance with 50% Q4 growth to ~18,195 crores, while Watches grew 8% to ~1,222 crores and Eyecare rose 17% to ~227 crores. The company completed 67% acquisition of Damas Jewellery during the quarter, adding 123 international stores. An exceptional item of ₹(49) crores (₹89 crores full year) was recorded due to new labour code implementation. BSR & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. Board recommended dividend of ₹15 per equity share. EBITDA margin expanded 105 bps for FY26 to 10.6%.
