Titan Securities posted standalone revenue of Rs 58.36 lakh in Q1 FY27, down 39% from Rs 96.07 lakh a year ago, and slipped into a loss of Rs 1.51 lakh versus a Rs 4.18 lakh profit. On a consolidated basis, PAT jumped to Rs 454.95 lakh from Rs 278.34 lakh, lifted by a Rs 456.46 lakh share of profit from associates Titan Biotech and Peptech Biosciences. The board also appointed Ranjeet Kumar as CFO effective August 13, 2026.
Standalone core business is weak with falling revenue and a loss, but strong associate earnings drive consolidated profit growth; new CFO appointed.
