Tokyo Finance reported standalone profit after tax of Rs 12.02 lakh for the half year ended September 30, 2026, up about 90% from Rs 6.34 lakh a year earlier. Basic earnings per share rose to Rs 0.17 from Rs 0.08. The auditors found no material misstatement, but net operating cash flow was negative at Rs 9.73 lakh.
The profit rise may support the share price, but negative operating cash flow is a concern because reported earnings were not matched by cash generated.
