Board approved Q1 FY27 standalone results. Total income rose to Rs 21.60 lakh from Rs 20.59 lakh YoY. Expenses fell to Rs 15.77 lakh from Rs 17.36 lakh, lifting profit after tax to Rs 5.83 lakh from Rs 3.24 lakh, about an 80 percent jump. EPS stood at Rs 0.08 vs Rs 0.05. Also appointed Ashika Shetty as Secretarial Auditor and S R Ranka and Co as Internal Auditor for FY27. Limited review report by UBG and Co was clean with no qualifications.
Strong about 80% YoY PAT growth on lower expenses signals improved cost efficiency, a positive for shareholders despite modest top line.
