Tokyo Finance Ltd. posted H1 FY26-27 (ended Sep 2026) PAT of Rs 12.02 lakhs, up sharply from about Rs 5.34 lakhs in H1 FY25-26. Total income rose to Rs 43.58 lakhs from Rs 40.88 lakhs. Total expenses fell to Rs 31.55 lakhs from Rs 35.62 lakhs, driving the profit jump. Q2 standalone PAT stood at Rs 5.85 lakhs. The board approved these unaudited results with a clean limited review report from U B G and Company. However, net cash from operating activities remained negative at about Rs 0.73 lakh for the half year.
Strong PAT growth on lower costs is positive, but persistent negative operating cash flow remains a concern for this small NBFC.
