On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.5 pts less than its Tyres & Rubber Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Tolins Tyres reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 327.12 crore (up 11.8% YoY) but PAT fell to Rs 35.69 crore from Rs 38.67 crore. Standalone revenue grew 24.1% to Rs 221.37 crore while standalone PAT dropped 27.6% to Rs 15.04 crore. Chairman cited elevated crude-linked input costs and margin pressure. No dividend recommended. Auditor P T Joseph & Co gave an unmodified opinion with no qualifications.
Mixed results: strong revenue growth but profit dip from input costs. No dividend may disappoint income-focused investors.
