For the quarter ended 30 Sep 2026, consolidated revenue rose 51% to Rs 4,979 crore from Rs 3,302 crore, aided by the JB Pharma merger. Net profit fell 10% to Rs 534 crore. Half-year revenue rose 53% to Rs 9,900 crore, while profit was nearly flat at Rs 1,100 crore. Half-year EBITDA margin rose to 33.1% from 31.5%. Exceptional charges were Rs 31 crore and operating cash flow was Rs 2,452 crore. March 2026 figures were restated for the merger.
Revenue growth is strong, but lower profit and higher finance costs may weigh on the stock. Clean audit findings and positive cash flow offer support.
