On the reaction day the stock moved 2.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.0 pts more than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, unaudited consolidated revenue was ₹163.5 crore, down 13.0 percent year on year but up 10.9 percent quarter on quarter. H1 revenue fell 6.9 percent to ₹310.9 crore. Q2 profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose fourfold to ₹4.8 crore, lifting margin to 2.9 percent from 0.6 percent. Net profit was ₹2.4 crore versus a ₹0.2 crore loss; H1 net profit rose to ₹5.3 crore from ₹0.01 crore.
Profit recovery and better efficiency may support sentiment, but falling revenue and a still-thin 2.9 percent margin keep the outlook mixed.
