Touchwood Entertainment Limited has submitted its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose sharply to ₹1,690.14 lakhs from ₹386.27 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a jump of nearly 4.4x year-on-year. Profit after tax (PAT) climbed to ₹129.64 lakhs (₹1.17 EPS) compared with ₹33.54 lakhs (₹0.30 EPS) in Q1 FY25, reflecting strong operating leverage. On a consolidated basis, revenue was ₹1,690.14 lakhs and PAT was ₹124.80 lakhs (₹1.13 EPS), with two subsidiaries (MakeMeUp and WedAdvisor) contributing a small net loss. The statutory auditor (VSD & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results. The board also fixed September 26, 2025 for the 28th Annual General Meeting via video conferencing and appointed M/s Advitiya Vyas & Company as scrutinizer for e-voting.
A standout quarter with revenue and profit both growing well over 200% year-on-year, which is likely to be viewed positively by the market in the short term. Investors should note that the year-ago quarter had unusually low base figures and that trading and construction segments reported no activity this quarter, so growth is entirely from event management.
