TFCI announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Total income rose to Rs. 6,581.95 lakh from Rs. 6,184.11 lakh in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 6.4%. Profit After Tax (PAT) grew to Rs. 3,055.89 lakh from Rs. 2,539.78 lakh, up roughly 20% year-on-year, with EPS at Rs. 3.30 versus Rs. 2.74 earlier. Net Profit Margin expanded sharply to 46.43% from 41.07%, helped by lower finance costs. Asset quality improved markedly: Gross NPA fell to 0.24% from 2.81%, and Net NPA turned nil from 1.54%. Capital Adequacy (CRAR) strengthened to 62.68% from 58.29%, and Debt-Equity ratio improved to 0.71:1 from 0.90:1. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified limited review report.
A solid quarter for shareholders, with double-digit profit growth, wider margins, and a sharp improvement in asset quality, suggesting better loan book health and stronger earnings power going forward.
