On the reaction day the stock moved 2.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.4 pts less than its Financial Institution peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Tourism Finance Corp posted Q1 FY27 revenue from operations of Rs 81.02 crore, up about 27% YoY from Rs 63.71 crore. PAT rose to Rs 61.21 crore from Rs 30.56 crore. However, Rs 34 crore of interest from old income tax refunds (AY 1995-96 to 2002-03) inflated other income. Core interest income grew around 29% YoY to Rs 72.12 crore. Board also approved deletion of Common Seal clause from Articles of Association.
Headline PAT growth looks strong, but a Rs 34 crore one-time tax refund flatters results. Underlying loan book growth is healthy.
