TPL Plastech reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 349.34 crore for FY25, up about 11.6% from Rs. 312.91 crore in FY24. Profit after tax grew roughly 18.9% to Rs. 23.59 crore (FY24: Rs. 19.85 crore), with EPS rising to Rs. 3.02 from Rs. 2.54. Q4 FY25 revenue rose to Rs. 92.18 crore (Q4 FY24: Rs. 82.73 crore) and Q4 PAT to Rs. 6.83 crore. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per share (50% on face value of Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion, and the company also approved material related party transactions of up to Rs. 325 crore with holding company Time Technoplast and Rs. 85 crore with Avion Exim for FY26. A new secretarial auditor was appointed for a five-year term.
Steady double-digit revenue growth and solid PAT expansion suggest healthy operational performance, while the unchanged dividend signals consistent shareholder returns. The large related party transaction limits with the parent company may raise governance questions for minority shareholders but reflect regular inter-group business.
