TPL Plastech reported Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 90.40 crore, up about 17% from Rs. 77.16 crore in Q1 FY25. Profit after tax rose to Rs. 5.47 crore from Rs. 4.48 crore year-on-year, a growth of roughly 22%, with EPS at Rs. 0.70 versus Rs. 0.70.0.57 earlier. The auditors M/s Raman S. Shah & Associates issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications, adverse remarks, or emphasis of matter. The Board also fixed the 32nd AGM for September 9, 2025 and approved book closure from September 3–9 for the AGM and dividend payment. Additionally, the company plans to seek shareholder approval for material related party transactions of up to Rs. 425 crore with holding company Time Technoplast and up to Rs. 110 crore with Avion Exim Private Limited for FY27.
Decent double-digit YoY growth in both revenue and profit signals steady operational performance. The proposed large related-party transactions, while routine for a subsidiary of Time Technoplast, warrant shareholder attention as they will require approval at the upcoming AGM.
