Trading window closed ahead of Q2 financial results announcement

Knowledge Realty Trust informed exchanges that its trading window for securities (units, non-convertible debentures and commercial papers) will be closed from 25 September 2026 until 48 hours after announcement of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. The closure applies to all designated persons and their immediate relatives, as required under SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations.
