Standalone revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 was Rs. 356.74 lakhs, a steep ~77% fall from Rs. 1,531.56 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For 9M FY26, standalone revenue rose ~18% YoY to Rs. 3,843.07 lakhs (from Rs. 3,264.29 lakhs). On a consolidated basis (including subsidiary TIHIL IDA Group), 9M FY26 revenue grew ~27% YoY to Rs. 4,141.21 lakhs. Standalone PAT swung to a loss of Rs. -8.60 lakhs in Q3 and Rs. -23.93 lakhs for 9M FY26, compared to profits of Rs. 5.29 lakhs and Rs. 75.73 lakhs a year ago. Consolidated 9M PAT fell sharply to Rs. 21.18 lakhs from Rs. 75.73 lakhs. The statutory auditor flagged pending balance confirmations from trade debtors and the possibility of provisions for doubtful debts, while otherwise issuing an unmodified review opinion.
Sharp Q3 revenue slump and a swing to standalone losses are clearly negative for shareholders; the auditor's flag on unverified trade receivables adds uncertainty about future provisions. Consolidated numbers remain profitable but have weakened meaningfully compared to last year.
