TARIL reported strong Q3 FY26 standalone results with revenue from operations of Rs 704.21 crore, up about 29% year-on-year from Rs 545.31 crore, and profit after tax of Rs 71.03 crore versus Rs 50.51 crore, a rise of roughly 41%. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone revenue grew about 26% to Rs 1,643.16 crore and PAT rose about 33% to Rs 147.98 crore. On a consolidated basis, 9M FY26 revenue increased around 28% to Rs 1,726.13 crore and PAT climbed roughly 48% to Rs 180.78 crore. The board also noted the resignation of CEO Mukul Srivastava for personal reasons effective January 7, 2026, and appointed existing Managing Director Satyen J. Mamtora as the new CEO from January 8, 2026. The auditor flagged an emphasis of matter on subsidiary Triveni Transtech (India) Private Limited, whose current liabilities exceed current assets and whose accounts are prepared on a going concern basis with holding company support.
Double-digit revenue and profit growth, with profitability rising faster than sales, is positive for shareholders and may support the stock. The leadership change is a smooth internal transition with the existing MD taking over as CEO, providing continuity. However, the going-concern flag on a subsidiary warrants monitoring, though the parent has committed to support it.
