Transchem Limited has received shareholder approval at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 20, 2025 to increase its Authorised Share Capital. The new Authorised Share Capital stands at Rs. 75 crore, divided into 7.5 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
