TREL posted Q3 FY26 standalone PAT of Rs 3.31 Cr (down from Rs 8.21 Cr YoY) on total income of Rs 20.30 Cr. For 9M FY26, standalone PAT fell to Rs 22.20 Cr from Rs 35.14 Cr, with revenue declining 23.5% to Rs 63.61 Cr. Consolidated 9M PAT rose about 35% to Rs 27.10 Cr, helped by Rs 2.89 Cr exceptional items including NHAI land compensation. Board appointed Ms. Nishika Hegde as director; Ms. Shloka Shetty resigned. Auditor flagged ongoing income tax search at company premises.
