Transindia Real Estate reported Q2 FY26 standalone PAT of Rs 8.93 Cr versus Rs 11.44 Cr last year, on revenue of Rs 23.26 Cr. Standalone H1 total income fell to Rs 43.31 Cr from Rs 62.73 Cr. Consolidated H1 PAT rose to Rs 16.25 Cr from Rs 11.32 Cr, a growth of roughly 44 percent. Auditors flagged the Income Tax search under Section 132 as an emphasis of matter, and the company received a Section 158BC notice during the quarter. A merger of wholly owned subsidiary Madanahatti Logistics with the company was approved earlier.
Mixed picture, consolidated profit grew while standalone revenue and profit declined. Tax search overhang remains a near term risk to watch.
