Megh Mayur Infra (formerly Transoceanic Properties) posted a net loss of Rs 4.20 lakh for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026), narrower than the Rs 5.59 lakh loss in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations was nil. Total expenses were Rs 4.20 lakh against Rs 5.59 lakh YoY. EPS was minus Rs 0.07 versus minus Rs 0.09 YoY. Auditor HTKS & Co gave an unqualified review report but drew attention to a note on non-ascertainment of income tax liability under Ind AS 12, to be finalised at year end.
Sustained losses with near-zero revenue raise concerns about the business; loss narrowed modestly YoY, but no revenue visibility yet.
