Transpek Industry Limited reported audited results for Q4 FY25 and full year ended 31 March 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 12% YoY to ₹64,985 lakhs (FY24: ₹57,963 lakhs). Net profit for the year rose sharply to ₹4,874 lakhs vs ₹3,856 lakhs, up roughly 26%. Q4 standalone profit jumped to ₹1,925 lakhs vs ₹564 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. EPS for the year stood at ₹87.26 vs ₹69.04. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹20 per share (200%) on a face value of ₹10, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The auditor (Bansi S. Mehta & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Operating cash flow was robust at ₹13,507 lakhs and cash & equivalents nearly sevenfold jumped to ₹5,649 lakhs.
Strong full-year profit growth (over 25%) and a healthy 200% dividend declaration are positive signals for shareholders, while the clean audit opinion and strong cash generation reinforce confidence. The stock may see positive sentiment, though single-segment revenue growth of ~12% is moderate.
