Statutory auditors Brahmayya & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per share, making total dividend Rs 10 per share for FY2026 (including Rs 9 interim dividend already paid). The Board also approved grant of 1,20,000 stock options under ESOP Plan 2017 (9th Tranche) and appointed Ms Hansa Sharma as Compliance Officer.
Revenue showed strong growth on standalone basis, though PAT remained flat due to margin compression. Clean audit opinion confirms financial statement reliability. The total dividend of Rs 10 per share represents a 500% payout, indicating healthy cash generation. Stock option grant aligns employee interests with shareholders.
