On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Unaudited consolidated Q2 revenue rose 7.5% to Rs 1,204.9 crore; EPS was Rs 14.69 versus Rs 13.68. H1 revenue rose 8.2% to Rs 2,344.2 crore and EPS rose 12.6% to Rs 28.58. No interim dividend was recommended. The board approved selling TCI Global (Singapore) to another promoter-group company for SGD 18,000. Prior-period figures were regrouped and reclassified. A prior-year Rs 5 million investment impairment was the only exceptional item.
Earnings growth is positive, but no interim dividend may weigh on sentiment. The small transfer mainly changes group structure and adds little value.
