Management reported second-quarter FY27 consolidated revenue growth of 14.8% and flat profit after tax. FY27 guidance remains 10-12% revenue growth. New contracts and a strong pipeline support supply chain growth of 12-13%. Two ships add 17-18% seaways capacity, with seaways revenue in FY28 expected to exceed 20% growth. Planned FY27 capital spending is about 500-550 crore. The 150-crore share buyback was oversubscribed twice.
New ships, contracts and rate gains support revenue growth, but fuel costs, depreciation and borrowing may keep margins and returns subdued.
