On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts more than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated September-quarter revenue rose 15.2% to ₹13,880 million and net profit rose 3.0% to ₹1,169 million. Standalone revenue rose 13.1% to ₹11,850 million and net profit rose 4.4% to ₹917 million. Profit margins narrowed year on year. Half-year consolidated operating cash flow fell to ₹1,659 million from ₹2,318 million. The board approved a buyback of up to 15,62,500 shares at ₹960 each and up to ₹300 crore of secured listed debt.
Revenue growth helps, but broadly flat profit and lower margins temper the outlook; the buyback supports, while new borrowing may raise leverage.
