On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.7 pts more than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
TCI board approved a buyback of up to 15.62 lakh equity shares, about 2.03 percent of paid-up capital, at Rs 960 per share, totalling up to Rs 150 crore, via the tender offer route. Promoter Group, via letters dated September 29, 2026, has communicated their intention to not participate in the buyback. The buyback will follow the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI buyback regulations.
Promoters opting out means public shareholders will mainly tender shares; could signal promoter confidence in higher long-term price.
