On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
TCI approved unaudited Q2 and half-year results for September 2025. Consolidated half-year revenue rose 8% to Rs 23,442 million, while EPS increased 13% to Rs 28.58. Operating cash flow was Rs 2,318 million. The Board did not recommend an interim dividend for FY26. It also approved the related-party sale of 100% of TCI Global Singapore for SGD 18,000, expected within three months, and appointed Hansa Sharma as Company Secretary.
No interim payout means no near-term cash return. Revenue, EPS and operating cash flow rose; the small Singapore sale mainly reorganises ownership.
