Board declared an interim dividend of Rs.3 per share (150% on Rs.2 face value) for FY27 with record date August 3, 2026. It approved raising up to Rs.600 Crore via Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) and an additional investment of about Rs.40.25 Crore in UAE subsidiary Transrail Trading LLC. Postal ballot will seek shareholder approval for the QIP and an MOA amendment expanding into drones and UAVs, solar and battery energy storage, data centers, and allied systems.
Dividend rewards shareholders. Rs.600 Cr QIP may cause dilution concerns. Diversification into drones, solar, data centers and UAE expansion signals growth push.
