Transrail Lighting reported its highest ever annual performance for FY26 with revenue of ₹6,880 crore, up 30% YoY from ₹5,308 crore. EBITDA grew 21% to ₹820 crore while Operating PAT rose 28% to ₹421 crore. The company maintained stable operating margins at 6.1%. Operating cash flows nearly doubled to ₹817 crore. The un-executed order book including L1 increased 12% YoY to ₹16,361 crore, providing strong revenue visibility. Q4 FY26 showed some sequential decline with revenue down 4% YoY. The board approved ₹203 crore capex and recommended 100% dividend (₹2 per share). A ₹17 crore provision for new labour code was made in Q3 FY26.
