The Board of Directors of Transvoy Logistics India Ltd, at its meeting held on May 21, 2025, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year and full year ended March 31, 2025. Statutory auditor M/s S.G. Marathe & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both the standalone and consolidated financial statements. On the standalone side, total income rose to Rs 3,379.28 lakhs from Rs 2,691.05 lakhs a year earlier (up about 25.6%), while net profit jumped to Rs 214.89 lakhs from Rs 71.66 lakhs (roughly 3x). On a consolidated basis, which includes the Singapore subsidiary Transvoy Logistics Pte Ltd and Aashirvad Shipping, total income grew to Rs 3,558.39 lakhs (up about 24.8%) and net profit surged to Rs 186.18 lakhs from Rs 7.11 lakhs. The Board also appointed M/s Parth Nair and Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s SIS & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. No investor complaints were pending during the half year.
Strong, broad-based growth in both revenue and profits, along with a clean audit opinion, is a positive signal for shareholders and likely supportive of the stock. Operating cash flow on a consolidated basis also turned positive (Rs 1.27 lakhs vs negative Rs 319.06 lakhs earlier), although the figure remains thin.
