Transvoy Logistics India Limited reported strong top-line growth for H1 FY26, with standalone revenue from operations rising about 36% year-on-year to Rs. 2,837.18 lakhs (from Rs. 2,078.54 lakhs in H1 FY25). Consolidated revenue grew around 34% to Rs. 2,897.23 lakhs. However, profitability weakened: standalone profit after tax fell to Rs. 119.60 lakhs from Rs. 144.50 lakhs, and consolidated PAT dropped to Rs. 124.78 lakhs from Rs. 159.59 lakhs. The cost of materials consumed jumped nearly 90% YoY and finance costs more than tripled, which squeezed margins. The auditor (S.G. Marathe & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. Investor complaints for the period were nil.
The stock may react mixedly - robust revenue growth is a positive, but the sharp fall in PAT and the doubling of long-term borrowings (now exceeding shareholder funds) raise concerns about margin pressure and rising leverage. Shareholders should watch whether the company can pass on rising input costs and manage its debt load going forward.
