Transvoy Logistics FY26 Annual Report and AGM Notice

Transvoy Logistics India has filed its 11th Annual Report for FY25-26. The 11th AGM is scheduled for September 26, 2026 via video conferencing. Key agenda includes re-appointment of Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Ravindrakumar Joshi at Rs 5 lakh per month, and Whole-time Director Mr. Naitik Joshi at Rs 2.5 lakh per month, each for 5 years from August 2027. Two Independent Directors are also up for re-appointment. The company is BSE SME listed and provides integrated logistics services across India, China, Middle East, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Malaysia.
