Transvoy Logistics India Ltd reported strong top-line growth for H1 FY26 (Apr-Sep 2025). Standalone revenue from operations more than doubled to ₹2,837.18 lakhs from ₹1,287.69 lakhs in H1 FY25, a jump of about 120%. Standalone profit after tax rose roughly 70% to ₹119.60 lakhs (from ₹70.41 lakhs), with EPS at ₹4.49. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹2,897.23 lakhs and PAT nearly tripled to ₹124.78 lakhs. However, profitability came under pressure — operating profit margins before working capital changes fell sharply to about 11.4% from around 26% a year ago, mainly due to a steep rise in cost of materials. Long-term borrowings nearly doubled to ₹1,179.60 lakhs, and operating cash flow remained thin at ₹44.29 lakhs (standalone). The statutory auditor S.G. Marathe & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report.
Revenue and PAT growth are clearly strong, which is a positive for shareholders. But the sharp drop in operating margins and the big increase in long-term debt signal rising costs and a more leveraged balance sheet, which could weigh on stock sentiment despite the headline growth numbers.
