Transworld Shipping Lines Q1 FY27 (ended June 30, 2026) consolidated revenue from operations fell 26% YoY to Rs 10,245 lakhs from Rs 13,817 lakhs. Shipping revenue crashed 78% to Rs 2,119 lakhs, posting a segment operating loss of Rs 3,332 lakhs versus profit of Rs 2,540. Freight forwarding revenue nearly doubled to Rs 8,053 lakhs. PBT of Rs 3,041 lakhs versus loss of Rs 823 was driven by Rs 10,796 lakhs of unallocated other income. Auditor PKF Sridhar gave clean limited review. Q1 FY26 comparatives restated for subsidiary consolidation.
Core shipping revenue collapsed; PBT swing driven by large one-time other income, not operations. Watch sustainability.
