The company also acquired 100% of Transworld Integrated Logistek Pvt Ltd and Transworld Logistics Pvt Ltd during the quarter for a total cash consideration of ₹2,666 lakhs, leading to restated consolidated comparatives and a negative capital reserve of ₹2,512 lakhs on consolidation.
