Travel Food Services posted Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 2,922 million, up 3.2% YoY, with PAT at Rs 774 million, up 15.6%. H1 standalone revenue rose 4% to Rs 6,052 million, PAT up 17% to Rs 1,585 million. Consolidated H1 revenue fell to Rs 7,309 million from Rs 9,103 million (prior period not reviewed). Company listed on NSE and BSE on 14 July 2025 after a Rs 2,000 crore IPO offer for sale. Auditors B S R and Co LLP issued an unmodified limited review report. H1 standalone EPS stood at Rs 12.04.
Healthy standalone earnings growth; consolidated revenue dip likely reflects scope changes after listing rather than core weakness.
