On the reaction day the stock moved 2.8 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 3.8 pts less than its Restaurants peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Travel Food Services reported Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 4,522.24 million, down about 1.8% from Rs. 4,606.83 million in Q1 FY26. Total income edged up to Rs. 4,983.79 million (vs Rs. 4,913.15 million) helped by higher other income. Consolidated net profit (PAT) rose roughly 5% to Rs. 1,287.54 million from Rs. 1,226.02 million, with diluted EPS at Rs. 9.62 versus Rs. 9.15. On a standalone basis, PAT jumped about 37% to Rs. 1,111.46 million, while standalone revenue grew about 2.3% to Rs. 3,474.26 million. Auditor B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified limited review conclusion on both sets of results. The filing flags that subsidiary Delhi T3's 10-year licence expires on 30 September 2026, but the group as a whole continues to generate positive operating cash flows and is not dependent on the subsidiary, so no group-level going concern issue.
Mixed quarter — modest top-line softness on a consolidated basis is partially offset by healthy profit growth and a strong standalone performance, with no audit qualifications at the group level. Investors should keep an eye on the September 2026 Delhi T3 licence expiry as a key event risk.
