TRF Limited board approved Q1 FY27 results for quarter ended June 30, 2026. Standalone revenue rose 11% YoY to Rs 2,603 lakhs but net profit fell 66% to Rs 116 lakhs from Rs 339 lakhs, hit by higher finance costs and employee expenses. Company booked Rs 97.40 lakhs as exceptional loss for impairment in TRF Singapore investment. Board also approved voluntary liquidation of both Singapore subsidiaries (TRFS and TRFH) citing no viable business. Auditor Price Waterhouse gave an unmodified review.
Profit drop and subsidiary impairment are negatives. Singapore subsidiary liquidation may bring one-time cleanup. Revenue growth is a positive.
