TRF's audited results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025 show Q2 revenue down 32% to Rs 22.34 crore from Rs 32.70 crore. A one-time Rs 11.31 crore employee separation cost for 52 staff turned a Rs 4.64 crore pre-exceptional profit into a Rs 6.67 crore net loss. Half-year revenue fell 35% and net loss was Rs 3.28 crore. Consolidated Q2 loss was Rs 6.81 crore; half-year operating cash flow was negative Rs 0.93 crore.
Reported loss and 32% revenue fall may pressure the stock, though the one-time separation cost drove most of the quarterly loss.
