TRF posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 1,988.89 lakhs vs Rs 2,331.01 lakhs YoY. Nine-month revenue fell nearly 30 percent to Rs 6,564.66 lakhs from Rs 9,362.50 lakhs. Standalone Q3 PAT was Rs 1,169.20 lakhs, helped by a Rs 575.47 lakh gain from capital reduction at TRF Singapore. Nine-month PAT was Rs 841.29 lakhs vs Rs 2,074.15 lakhs. The firm booked a Rs 1,130.95 lakh one-time voluntary separation cost for 52 employees. Auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified review report.
Revenue decline and one-time separation charges weigh on earnings, though Singapore reversal cushioned Q3 profit.
