Unaudited half-year FY27 consolidated revenue was Rs 8,080.23 lakh, up about 7% year on year, while profit after tax rose 60% to Rs 1,162.72 lakh from Rs 726.20 lakh. Second-quarter revenue rose 50% to Rs 4,708.40 lakh and profit after tax rose 33% to Rs 659.68 lakh. The board declared a first interim dividend of Rs 0.50 per share, with October 30, 2026 as the record date. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 30.00 lakh.
Profit growth and the interim dividend are positive, but modest sales growth and negative operating cash flow keep the near-term stock outlook mixed.
