Trident Lifeline reported strong Q2 FY27 consolidated results. Revenue rose 50% year on year to Rs 47.1 crore, EBITDA increased 65% to Rs 11.3 crore, and profit after tax grew 30% to Rs 6.6 crore. EBITDA margin improved 217 basis points to 24.1%. Management expects further margin expansion from investments and capacity use, and aims to triple the consolidated business over three years. A proposed preferential share issue will fund expansion.
Growth, higher margins and the three-year target may support sentiment. However, the proposed preferential share issue could dilute shareholders.
