Trinity League India Ltd reported its audited results for Q4 and FY25, showing a sharp turnaround from the previous year. Standalone revenue from operations jumped to Rs 26.60 lacs (FY25) from Rs 6.18 lacs (FY24), while total income rose to Rs 47.74 lacs from Rs 30.90 lacs. Net loss narrowed significantly to Rs 29.64 lacs (standalone) and Rs 30.80 lacs (consolidated), compared with Rs 321.16 lacs and Rs 270.25 lacs respectively in FY24. Q4 alone turned profitable with a standalone net profit of Rs 20.65 lacs versus a loss of Rs 319.60 lacs in Q4FY24. However, other equity remains deeply negative at Rs (507.39) lacs, and the company provided Rs 36.92 lacs for diminution in its investment in associate Agrotech Risk Pvt Ltd. Operating cash flow continued to be negative at Rs (20.62) lacs.
Shareholders will note the dramatic narrowing of losses and a return to quarterly profit, but the persistently negative reserves, weak operating cash flow, and write-down of the associate investment point to ongoing financial fragility. The stock may react positively to the loss-reduction headline, though underlying business remains small-scale with accumulated losses exceeding half of share capital.
