The Board of Trinity League India Ltd approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY25 (both standalone and consolidated) on May 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped sharply to 26.10 lakh vs 6.18 lakh last year, and the company swung to a net profit of 20.65 lakh in Q4 (compared to a 319.60 lakh loss a year ago). For the full year, standalone net loss narrowed dramatically to 29.64 lakh from 321.16 lakh, mainly because last year had a one-time provision of 315.46 lakh for diminution in the value of its associate (Agrotech Risk Pvt Ltd). Consolidated FY25 net loss was 30.80 lakh vs 270.25 lakh earlier. However, the balance sheet remains weak with 'Other Equity' deeply negative at (507.39) lakh, only 3.06 lakh in cash, and negative operating cash flow of 20.62 lakh for the year. Auditor S.K. Mehta & Co. issued an unqualified (clean) opinion on both sets of results.
Short-term sentiment may get a lift as the company returned to profit in Q4 and sharply reduced full-year losses, but shareholders should note the accumulated losses of over 500 lakh, minimal cash buffer, and continued cash burn from operations, which point to ongoing financial fragility despite the headline improvement.
