Board approved Q1 FY27 results (ended June 30, 2026). Standalone revenue Rs 1,438.12 lakhs, down about 48% YoY from Rs 2,784.84 lakhs. Standalone PAT Rs 209.44 lakhs, up about 40% YoY from Rs 149.43 lakhs, with EBITDA margin expanding meaningfully. Auditor G. Basu and Co gave an unmodified review. Board also approved entry into wind energy equipment rental (900-tonne plus cranes) and expansion into the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the first international initiative.
Revenue fell sharply YoY but profits rose, suggesting better margins. New wind energy and international moves could support future growth.
