Trishakti Industries reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs 665.07 lakhs, more than tripling year-on-year from Rs 212.39 lakhs, with standalone profit after tax surging to Rs 160.63 lakhs from Rs 36.73 lakhs in Q2 FY25. Consolidated revenue also more than doubled to Rs 665.07 lakhs versus Rs 284.67 lakhs a year earlier, while consolidated PAT rose to Rs 158.73 lakhs from Rs 86.72 lakhs. The Heavy Equipment Hiring segment drove the growth, contributing Rs 553 lakhs of segment revenue in the quarter versus Rs 81.46 lakhs earlier. The board also approved a postal ballot notice to re-appoint Mr. Suresh Jhanwar as Chairman cum Managing Director for three years effective 30 September 2025, and the statutory auditor issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both sets of results.
Sharp YoY top-line and bottom-line expansion in Q2 FY26 signals a strong operational turnaround, though the half-yearly consolidated revenue still trails the prior year's Rs 1,426 lakhs, so investors should watch whether the momentum sustains. Re-appointment of the long-standing CMD provides management continuity for the next three years.
