Triton Valves Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue grew 38.5% YoY to Rs 18,659.50 lakhs, led by automotive and metals segments. Standalone revenue rose modestly to Rs 10,760.90 lakhs. Standalone PBT nearly quadrupled to Rs 338.03 lakhs and consolidated PBT more than doubled to Rs 615.04 lakhs. Reported PAT jumped to Rs 747.90 lakhs standalone and Rs 978.92 lakhs consolidated, helped by a one-time deferred tax asset of Rs 431.79 lakhs from the TVCT merger. EPS stood at Rs 14.60 standalone and Rs 19.11 consolidated. TVCT merger was completed effective June 27, 2026.
Strong top-line and operating profit growth. PAT inflated by one-time deferred tax credit from merger, so underlying earnings quality should be watched.
