Board approved unaudited Q2 results. Consolidated revenue rose 1% to Rs 5,062 million; profit after tax was nearly flat at Rs 914 million. First-half consolidated revenue and profit each fell 9%, to Rs 8,775 million and Rs 1,558 million. Operating cash inflow fell to Rs 1,099 million from Rs 2,639 million. FY25 standalone results include a Rs360 million one-off gain. Both offices move within Noida on November 17.
Flat Q2 profit and weaker first-half results may weigh on sentiment, though cash flow stayed positive. The office move is routine.
