On the reaction day the stock moved 3.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.2 pts more than its Other Agricultural Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Unaudited results for the June 2025 quarter show consolidated revenue of Rs 30,389.17 lakh, about 54% above Rs 19,739.93 lakh a year earlier. Profit after tax swung to Rs 472.52 lakh from a Rs 2,151.37 lakh loss. Standalone profit after tax was Rs 2.57 lakh. TruAlt will acquire 51% of promoter-linked TGPL for Rs 8.42 crore by November 30, 2025, to expand compressed biogas operations. TGPL has no revenue and is not operating commercially.
Profit turnaround supports sentiment, but standalone profit is minimal and the cash purchase of a promoter-linked, revenue-free unit adds risk.
