For the September 2026 quarter, consolidated revenue was Rs 13.09 crore, down 47% year on year, while net loss was Rs 11.57 crore. Half-year revenue fell 62% to Rs 25.31 crore and net loss was Rs 22.15 crore. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 10.92 crore. Auditors said financial stress, worsening asset quality and covenant breaches could threaten the company's ability to continue, pending lender restructuring and possible equity infusion.
Revenue decline, losses, negative cash flow and weak loan quality keep the stock highly risky. Restructuring and possible new equity funding are key.
